We are pleased to inform you about the formation of "The Pokhara Stadium Compound Wall Construction Committee" (PSCWCC), formed by a mass meeting of the sports lovers of Pokhara representing different public and private sectors of the society to build a compound wall around the stadium. The PSCWCC has started working in accordance with the mandate granted by the Main Construction Committee. The preliminary land survey for the demarcation of the boundary and the total estimate cost for the work has been completed. The total estimated cost for the construction of the compound wall is Rs. 79,63,454/23, of which The National Sports Council, Nepal, has granted Rs. 500,000/, and The Ex-sportsman Forum, Pokhara, has contributed Rs. 200,000/- respectively. The rest of the amount has to be raised through the collective effort of the entire civic society.

Acknowledging and giving due respect to your sentiment and love towards the betterment of sporting culture in this city, "The PSCWCC", cordially request for any kind of support and assistance from your organization to make this project a grand success. पोखरा रंगशाला घेरा पर्खाल निर्माणका लागी सहयोग बारे ।
महोदय,

उपरोक्त सम्वन्धमा पश्चिमाञ्चल क्षेत्रको एक मात्र पोखरा रंगशालाको जग्गालाई उचित संरक्षण एवं संवर्धन गर्नका लागी मिति २०६१ असोज २८ गते बसेको पोखराका खेलप्रेमी, पर्ूव खेलाडी, व्यापारी, प्रशासनीक एवं सुरक्षार् इकाइ, राजनैतिक पार्टी, स्वास्थ एवं शिक्षण संस्था, पत्रकार, पर्यटन व्यवसायी एवं सामाजिक संस्थाका प्रतिनिधिज्यूहरुको सहमतीमा एक वृहत भेलाको आयोजना गरि ९ सदस्यीय कार्यसमिति, ३३ सदस्यीय सल्लाहकार समिति र अन्य सदस्यहरु ग्ारी जम्मा ४०१ सदस्यीय पोखरा रंगशाला पर्खालको मूल निर्माण समिति गठन गरिएको व्यहोरा सहर्षजानकारी गराउन चाहान्छु ।

उपरोक्त भेलाद्वारा प्रदत्त निर्देशन अनुसार यस समितिद्धारा कार्य थालनी गर्ने क्रममा नापी विभागको सहयोगमा यस रंगशालाको जग्गा सिमाङ्कन गर्ने कार्य सम्पन्न गरि सकिएको छ भने यसको घेरा पर्खालको नक्शा तथा अनुमानित लगत इष्टिमेट समेत अधिकारीक कार्यालयबाट प्राप्त भैसकिएको छ । जसको लागी जम्मा रु. ७९,६३,४५४।- -उनन्असी लाख त्रिसठी हजार चारसय चावन्न) खर्च लाग्ने छ भने राष्ट्रिय खेलकूद परिषद्बाट प्राप्त रु. ५,०००००।- -पाँच लाख), नेपाल भूतपुर्व खेलाडी मञ्चद्वारा प्रदान गरिएको रु. २,००,०००।- -दुई लाख), बाहेक अन्य रकमहरु सामूहिक रुपमा नागरिक समाजद्धारा नै जुटाउनु पर्नेछ ।

तर्सथ, पोखरा शहरमा खेलकूदको सँस्कृति अभिवृद्धि गराउन यहाँले विगतमा पुर्‍याउनु भएको योगदान एवं सकारात्मक भावनाको समेत उच्च कदर गर्दै यस महान कार्यमा सहभागी हुनु भई सहयोग गरिदिनु हुन हामी हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौं । हामीलाई आशा छ तपार्ँइको सहयोगले पोखरा रंगशालालाई मूलूक कै एक उत्कृष्ठ रंगशालाको रुपमा विकास गर्न मद्धत मिल्नेछ । हामीलाई यो पनि विश्वास छ कि यस कार्यले यस क्षेत्रमा स्वच्छ खेलकूद सँस्कृतिको विकास गर्ने मात्र नभई यस सुन्दर नगरी पोखरालाई अन्तराष्ट्रिय खेलकूदको नक्शामा स्थापित गर्राई खेलकूद पर्यटनको विकास गरि मूलुकको अर्थतन्त्रमा समेत सकरात्मक प्रभाव पार्न सहयोग पुग्नेछ ।

अन्तमा, हाम्रो यस कार्य प्रति यहाँको सकारात्मक धारणा सहित आर्थिक, भौतिक, वौद्धिक एवं नैतिक सहयोगको पुर्ण अपेक्षा राख्दछु ।
